one pot pasta +

Happy Saturday! I swear not all my recipes are pasta, but lately I have been on a carb kick (..lately..yeah…) & this One Pot Pasta is super easy & takes around 30 minutes. So, why not?!
The thing I love about One Pot Pasta’s is that you can add basically anything you want & it still turns out super delicious.
One Pot Pasta:
Ingredients:
Uncooked Pasta
2 Cups Spinach
1/2 Yellow Onion, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
1 Cup Grape Tomatoes, sliced in half
1 Cup Mushrooms, chopped
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tbsp Parsley Flakes
Salt & Pepper to taste
Steps:
+ Get a really big pot & put all of the above ingredients into it.
+ Fill with water until most of the ingredients are covered.
+ Bring to a boil
+ Stir, make sure pasta gets submerged as it cooks.
+ Lower heat to medium-low & continue to stir every few minutes.
+ Once the water is gone, food is ready! It’s as simple as that!
* You can top with spaghetti sauce or olive oil if you need more flavor!*
Looks simple but is full of flavor (especially with the red pepper flakes!)
Enjoy!

I”m a pasta lover but I can never manage to complete a good pasta meal without using a few different pots. If I can execute this one, it satisfy my love for pasta and minimize my clean-up! That’s a win-win!
This looks so delicious! Always looking for new recipes, love how light this pasta dish looks! Thanks for sharing!
I love mushrooms and pasta noodles. The only difference I would cook the pasta with cheese. For me, it tastes infinitely better with cheese than without it.
I love pasta and this dish sounds amazing. I would love to make this soon. Thanks for sharing.
I enjoy eating pasta and I look for shapes and colors to keep me entertained… that’s how much I love it. Great and easy recipes are the best. This looks delicious!
